With extensive experience in Sex Education & Sexual Wellness Coaching, my individualized positivity and playful approach will help you attain your goals or educate your young one about the power of body knowledge. At every stage of life, we should be focusing on our sexual health. I am here for the gentle beginnings and the more multidimensional issues later in life. How does coaching work?

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

How do I know you're qualified?

I hold a Masters in Psychology, a Master Certification in Life Coaching, Certification as a Gottman Trained Therapist and I have over 28 relevant years of experience. I am also a member of American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT).

Why don't you have Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media?

In a nutshell, it's just not for me. I get my referrals from word of mouth. I also feel passionately that social media is often damaging, especially to the young people that I work with, so I need to lead by example.

Do you have experience with the LGBTQIA+ Community?

Yes! I have had the pleasure of extensive experience coaching people of all ages from our LGBTQIA2S+ community. I have especially worked with many tweens and teens through difficult and magical journeys.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
